Lost access to email

I no longer have access to the email tied to my CCC account, I have tried calling and never got an answer. I need to get access to my account so I can switch my email.

  Hi Olivia, 

  I see that you have previously emailed our helpdesk for help with recovering your account and submitted a copy of your DL. I went ahead and updated your account with your current email address and just emailed you steps to self-recover your account. Should you run into any other account issues, please contact me at my office number provided in that email.
