Existing Account but not mine

Hi Support, 

I tried to create an OpenCCC account, but when I complete the sign up application it said I had an account already. When I tried the DMV verification and password reset, it both said it didn't recognize the information. I have a valid mDL account that I just created for this reason. Please help with this, so I can register for the Fall Semester. Thank you!
