Cannot login through CCSF CCC Login to Enroll

Hello, 

I have been trying to login with my CCC account for CCSF but I am unable to login with my username and password. I was able to login for the CCC support website so I know I have an account with CCC. I previously took classes at Skyline Community College so I am using the same account, which should also be the same for CCSF. I already tried to login with the CA DMV app but that didn't work either.
