Help applying

I try to apply to a college and when I start it asks me to sign into my CCC account to register to the college, when I enter my account info and click log in it says "your mobile number, email or password is not recognized by our system. Need Help? Contact Support?" and I know this is the right account and info I've tried changing my password and I've tried emailing support but getting ZERO responses.

  Hi Aneisa, 

  I see your current email is the same on your account. If you follow the self-recovery steps below, you will be able to recover your account to sign in.

  1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click apply

  2.) Click Sign In and enter your email address then click next

  3.) Select 'Forgot Password'

  4.) Select to send you a security code to your email

  5.) Locate the code in your email and click the link at the bottom to reset a new password for your account
