Account not recognized?

I reset my password. However tried to login and it tells me: our mobile number, email or password is not recognized by our system. Need Help? Contact Support I keep going in circles. There are about 10 questions I have to answer to reset my password. Now when i try to reset my password it tells me to contact customer support. I have emails I accessed my account 2 years ago and now I can’t? My last time i logged in was about 2 years years ago. I cannot create a new account. I would like to apply and register for this fall 2026?
