Step 9 on getting started isn't loading

I am trying to complete the getting started section in the main page but step 9 titled, "Canvas and resources" is not loading when I click on it and when I try to open it in a separate tab, it says it is blocked.

  Hi Eliva, 

  This is going to be a college issue on their end as when you click step 9 for canvas and resources it is not working. Please reach out to your college for help regarding this issue.
