Unable to create CCC account

Account Exists

Attempted to make a CCC account I have never made a CCC account before. However, run into the following response.

Our records show we already have an account associated with this profile information. Please click Forgot your password? button to start account recovery.  If you need help from support, please submit a request.

 

My concern is that my SSN has been used to sign up under some other account in CCC. I do not have a drivers license yet or have a California ID that can be used to identify myself. When I took the other route to reset my password it led me down a path of supplying information about myself but was unable to identify my matching account. 

 

I have already submitted a support request under the email  alexandernguyen431@gmail.com

and describing my situation

 

But I have not received any response. Please I desperately need a response or I will not be able to submit any application under my own name.
