Hi, I have an account I can't open because I can no longer access the old email. I have tried calling and have received no call back.

  Good luck. I've been trying for weeks to contact them. They never answer the phone or the chat. I've been disconnected from their chat 6 times today. Anytime I leave a message, I never receive a call back. I'm currently on hold with them. It's been 39 minutes of telling me I'm the next caller in line, but noone answers.
