Unexpected Error when creating an OpenCCC account

I was trying to create an account for OpenCCC, but I got an "Unexpected Error" message afterwards. I did get a security code, but I have nowhere to enter it.

 

EDIT 05/28/26: it's been fixed!!!!!!
