Error during application

Hi Team, I am trying to apply to San Joaquin Delta college through CCC. It gives me an error upon entering my email id / phone number... not letting me enter the code. Error is "Unexpected error. We're sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. Need Help? Contact Support".

I tried multiple browsers and incognito mode too. No luck. Can some support member fix this. Looks like a system wide issue and not particular to any individual.
