Help with signing in

I went through the process of creating a CCC account in order to apply to Chaffey college but when I click on "apply" through the Chaffey college site it takes me to sign in to my CCC account and it says that I am not recognized by their system.

  I am trying to use my LACCD email to apply to the LASC Nursing Program, but when I try to sign in, it says that I am not recognized by the system.
