Trying to create an account as new student and keep getting this message after the id.me

  Hi Jessica,

  I see you were able to create your account successfully. Now that you have created an OpenCCC account, the next step is to apply to a college. Below are the steps on how to complete the application process.

  1.) Please begin at CCCApply.org
  2.) From the drop-down menu, select the college you are applying to and click 'Apply'.
  3.) Sign in with your OpenCCC account information, and you will then be directed to the 'My Applications' page.
  4.) Select 'Start a New Application' to begin the application.

  Once you apply, it may take 1-2 business days to receive your student ID and enrollment information from your college. If more than two business days have passed and your college has not contacted you, please call our Helpdesk to confirm your application was submitted successfully.

  Hello,

  I tried by clicking on the link in step one and after being prompted to sign in, I still get 'unexpected error' message after the id.me verification. 

  Is it possible that I entered incorrect information when registering for the OpenCCC account?
