I am trying to sign in with my personal email and it says the username and password don't match. The only way to get the login code is through my school account which is deactivated.

  Hello Trang,

  Please call our Helpdesk so an Agent can assist you with account recovery. If your phone number on your account is still current, they may be able to send your code via text and help walk you through updating your email address. You can reach them at 877-247-4836 and Agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
