    Hi Haoyun,

    If you have already submitted your application to the college and are trying to access your college portal, you will need to get in contact with the college you have applied to in order to get assistance in recovering your college account. 

    If you are trying to access your OpenCCC portal to complete the college admissions application, please contact our help desk so we can assist you in recovering your OpenCCC account.
