Account already exists

Says my account already exists , then when I try to create a new one with different email it says my personal information already exists , I can’t reset my password cause I don’t know my username

  Hi Jeremiah, 

  If you follow the steps below, you'll be able to reset a new password and recover your account to login. 

  1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'
  2.) Click Sign In and enter your email address then click next 
  3.) Select 'Forgot Password'
  4.) Select to send you a security code to your email
  5.) Locate the code in your email and click the link at the bottom to reset a new password for your account
