Trying to reset my password for my CCC account

The system recognizes my email however I forgot my password. The recovery email I put was incorrectly typed way back in highschool when I first made my account meaning I won't get an email from support to change my password.

  I cant get into my accxount it doesnt recognize my paassword, I reset it twice, It says it recognize my email but wont let me in nor is it sendingmyId
