Disabled and Duplicate Account

Hi - I am having trouble logging in to my CCC account! I know that I have one associated under my email, but I am unable to log in or create a new account without it being considered a "duplicate" and now my account is disabled. I would like to be able to register for classes in the next couple of days - please contact me if you can help!
