  Hello Carmen, I hope this message finds you well. Could you please resend the email? I did not receive it, and my email address is steele.kathleen@gmail.com. I need to update my residency status from "out of state" to "California resident." I have copies of my California tax returns from the last two years, which may be helpful. I'm not sure why I am currently listed as an out-of-state resident, but I need to register for classes as soon as possible, and I cannot afford out-of-state tuition.
