Cannot Edit My Account information
Before I put in my application, I’m attempting to update my account to reflect my current address and erase the preferred name section (I don’t have a preferred name anymore.) After clicking Save, the page refreshes, now with the button “Verify with ID.Me Now” but also an error message at the top that reads “Username contains Invalid character.” Nothing is highlighted, and I cannot find any field with an error. When I click “Verify with ID.Me Now” it refreshes to the previous page with all the previous/incorrect information (address and preferred name) and no Verify button (only Save.) After re entering the correct info, it just resets again after saving and attempting to reverify. When I log directly into my ID.Me account however, it shows my correct and up to date information. I’ve tried refreshing the page, but I cannot get the information to update with my openCCC account.
