"Username contains invalid character."

I'm trying to update information on my profile but I get "Username contains invalid character". How can I fix this?

  Hi Amy, 

  Your account issue has been fix and resolved on our end. Moving forward, you should be able to now save and update your account information without seeing the error message "username contains an invalid character".
