No longer have access to High school email

I'm trying to apply to Cabrillo College and register for classes this summer. I can't log in to my OpenCCC account to do so because I don't remember what password I used to create my account 5 years ago, and the reset password sends the recovery email to my old high school email that I no longer have access to. What are the steps to change my email so I can reset my password?
