Can't log in

Hi!
I've created an account, but when I log in, I'm only able to get to the page that requires me to save profile details. On that page, when I hit Save, I get error saying "your username has invalid character". On that page though there is no username field! If I check "inspect" via Chrome dev tool, I see a hidden username field with my phone number as a value. I can't do anything with the account, and I wanted to apply for the course.
