Please help me access my account

Hello, 

I have not been able to access my CCC account. I logged in once and believe I changed to number to my own and email to my own (used to be my moms) but still I am unable to login. I think the system has been updated since I last logged in (highschool).

Help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks
