Cannot access my CCC Account
I was told I need to renew my application to CRC to schedule an appointment with a counselor and that's why every time I've been trying to schedule one it never worked. However, I have an existing CCC account, but the email and phone number I provided at the time are no longer what I use. I've changed my phone number and the email I provided doesn't work for me anymore, I can't receive emails on that. Because of this I considered just creating an entirely new CCC account, but I read that it's recommended you don't create a new account cuz it will only delay more the process. Instead it was recommended to reach out to CCC support. What should I do? Is there a way to change the email and phone number associated with my current existing CCC account? Or is it better for me to create a new account and maybe disable/deactivate my current one? Also, if I have to create a new CCC account will my College ID transfer to the new account or will I have to create a new College ID?
