    My account is disabled and I have tried since March 12th to get open CCC to fix it. I am still trying. This agency is useless.

    Hi Sophia, 

    Our records indicated we emailed you but did not receive a response so your support ticket was closed. When you contacted our heldpesk again and was assigned a different Tech Support, I see that Tech Support was able to assist you in recovering your account.
