Disabled Account?

I tried to log in to my account using my email, but it said my account was disabled. I then tried using my phone number, but I may not have it registered, and I cannot recall my username.

  My account is disabled and I have tried since March 12th to get open CCC to fix it. I am still trying. This agency is useless.

  Hi Sophia, 

  Our records indicated we emailed you but did not receive a response so your support ticket was closed. When you contacted our heldpesk again and was assigned a different Tech Support, I see that Tech Support was able to assist you in recovering your account.
