    I see you have already contacted our helpdesk regarding this issue and opened up a support ticket. I have been assigned to assist you and tried calling you but there was no answer so I left you a voicemail to call me back for help.

    Hi Olivia, 

    Can you let me know at which point you are getting the unexpected error? I checked your account and your ID.me verification is complete so you should be able to follow the steps below to begin your application and not run into any errors. 

    1.) Please begin at CCCApply.org
    2.) From the search bar on the left-hand side of the screen enter the college name you are applying to and click 'Apply'.
    3.) Click Sign and enter your email + password
    4.) After you sign in, select "what if i can't verify with id.me" then click "decline to get to the application
    5.) Click on Start a new application

    Hi, I tried both verifying the id.me and clicking the “what if I can’t verify” but after it shows that it’s redirecting me back to the college site, it gives me the unexpected error. I almost make it to step 5 but then that message pops up….
