Duplicate accounts
I am a returning student and I need to get back into my account to register and pay for classes that start in 2 weeks. I have 2 tickets open and it has been 3 business days since my first contact. I absolutely do not have the time to waste waiting on an email or phone call that was supposed to come days ago. Ticket numbers - 1180657, 1179479,

I see your request was resolved and closed out as of yesterday. An email was sent to you with instructions to self-recover your account. Because you are not happy or satisfied that you were not contacted sooner to have your issue resolved, please address this with the Tech Support that was assigned to assist you by emailing them back and also report this to their manager.
