Can’t verify CCC account! Can’t open Berkeley city college website!

I already have a CCC account,and I received a email to create the password , but I can't Verify my Account, why? How can I get my ID? Please tell me what I can do! Thanks ~

  Hi MiaoShao, 

  Your account is verified through ID.me so any issues with that, you will need to contact ID.me support at https://help.id.me/hc/en-us. In terms of your student ID, that is provided to you by your college. Please contact your college's admissions office to request your student ID number.
