caught in create account, verify, account doesn't exist loop
I tried to create an account for CCC it says there already exists an account for my details and it tells me to click on forgot my password. Then, when I put in my date of birth and my last name for the forgot my password page, it says "We're sorry, we could not find any accounts that match that information. Please contact support or try again.
How do I proceed?
