"Unexpected Error"
When trying to apply to a college, I verified my identity thru videocall with IDme and tried to login into CCC, I got an "unexpected error" message. I tried incognito, different browsers, clearing cache, different devices, and trying at different times of the day. Nothing works.
I need this fixed asap or I'll lose my spot when applying for a study abroad !!! Please help
