account recovery
I keep inputting my email address and it says I have an account, but then when I click on forgot password, it lets me put in all the information but then says I need to contact the help desk.

I review your account and I don't see any issues with your account that you need to contact the helpdesk. Can you try following the steps below and see if you can successfully recover your account to sign in.
1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'
2.) Click Sign In and enter your email address then click next
3.) Select 'Forgot Password'
4.) Select to send you a security code to your email
5.) Locate the code in your email and click the link at the bottom to reset a new password for your account
