"Unexpected Error We're sorry, an unexpected error has occurred."
Every time I sign in, get through ID.me, and get rerouted back to the CCC page I am met with a screen saying:
Unexpected
Error
We're sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. Need Help? Contact Support
It has been over a month of this. I contacted ID.me and they came to the conclusion that there is nothing on their side that is causing this.

Hi Alma,
I am well aware of this issue, and I know ID.me continues to inform students that the problem is not on their end but this is happening on their website only. I believe on their end that they don't have the proper connection or link set up to where on their website it will successfully redirect you back to OpenCCC.
I see your account has already been verified through ID.me so to correctly begin your application, please follow the steps below.
1.) Please begin at CCCApply.org
2.) From the search bar on the left-hand side of the screen enter the college name you are applying to and click 'Apply'.
3.) Click Sign and enter your email + password
4.) After you sign in, you will be redirected to ID.me but please select "what if i can't verify with id.me" then click "decline to get to the application
5.) Click on Start a new application
