  Hi Santiago, 

  I see the email you provided on your ccchelp.info account is the same one on your OpenCCC account. Please follow the steps below to recover your account so that you can sign in. 

   

  1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'

  2.) Click Sign In and enter your email address then click next 

  3.) Select 'Forgot Password'

  4.) Select to send you a security code to your email

  5.) Locate the code in your email and click the link at the bottom to reset a new password for your account
