The California community colleges system indicates that an account is present when I enter my information however I have never previously established an account here.

Based on my previous experiences, I intended to apply to a community college. Consequently, I aimed to create an account for this purpose. However, each time I input the required information to set up the account, the system indicates that an account already exists with the same details I am entering. I have never created an account before. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the existing account is associated with an email address to which I no longer have access. I wish to establish an account using my current email address, but the system only provides the option to "sign in" to the existing account linked to the inaccessible email address. Since I have never registered for a community college account with any email address, I seek guidance on how to resolve this issue. I hope to successfully create a community college account using my personal email address.
