login issues
I am trying to log into my CCC account, which I recently created to apply for a course. However, every time I attempt to log in, I receive the following message at the top of the screen: "Your mobile number, email, or password is not recognized by our system." I have double-checked both my email and password during the account creation process. Someone, Please advise me on what steps to take to solve this problem.

Please use the steps below to create a new password for your OpenCCC account. If you experience any issues, please call our Helpdesk at 877-247-4836. Agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'
2.) Click Sign In.
3.) Select 'Forgot Password' and enter your last name and date of birth.
4.) You will be asked to select a way to receive a verification code based on the contact information listed on your OpenCCC account.
5.) After clicking the link provided, you will be asked to enter your security code and then prompted to create your new password.
