can‘t find my OpenCCC account

I can't access my OpenCCC account via the phone number or the email address I used when registering. After I tried to retrieve my password, it showed that it sent the verification code to an account starting with sce**********@mtsac.edu, but I didn't receive such an email when registering. It just showed that my registration was completed.
