I keep getting "Your mobile number, email or password is not recognized by our system."

    Hi Darrell, 

    I checked your account and your email is good so I suspect the issue could be your password. Can you try resetting your password by following the steps below and let me know if you can sign in with either your phone or email address plus your new password.

    1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'

    2.) Click Sign In and enter your email address 

    3.) Select 'Forgot Password'

    4.) Select to send you a security code to your email

    5.) Locate the code in your email and click the link at the bottom to reset a new password for your account
