Account already exists.
It tells me I have an account that already exists, don't have access to my old email address, my phone number also changed. student support doesn't answer the phone nor the instant messaging service.... I have no idea what to do now and I want to go back to school.

I'm also trying to make a new account, but it says I already have one that matches my personal information I put in. I believe I made one in high school but I no longer have that email or phone number. Any assistance would be appreciated
