Notice: OpenCCC Account Creation and Account Recovery Error Message

Ive tried applying a four times and requested information on apply. All I get is a Error recovery account message or a message to contact the support here.

  Are you using VPN, proxy or TOR Browser? If yes you will get an a Error 
  A proxy connection has been detected. To connect to California Community Colleges you must disable anonymizing services. This may include:
  Tor web browser
  VPN connections
  Anonymizing browser plugins.

  You will be needed to disable VPN and proxy in order to use CCCApply or CCCMyPath

  If you are using TOR web browser, it is no longer supported and you will be needed to use different browser!

  Why? This is because CCCApply received many fraudulent applications for admissions and fraudsters were used bots and VPNs and proxy! By this change ONLY CCCApply and CCCMyPath was affected and other systems including college student portal was NOT affected! So the solution is first to disable VPN/proxy and use Chrome web browser while browsing CCCApply or CCCMyPath!
