Old Email and email not recognized

I have 2 problems, The first is that I have a CCC account attached to my high school email with credits in it. The email account itself's name was changed which has locked me out of the account. The second problem is that the new CCC account I made, this one, continues to say that my email or password is not registered in the system while it clearly is.
