Wrong name in account

When I started my application, I confused the last name, middle name, and first name spots. As a consequence, my name is currently my last name and my first name, and my first name is not even in the application :(

I have tried going to setting and it does not give me the option to change the name. Who can I contact or what can I do to fix this?

Help please :((
