  Hi Virginia, 

  The reason why you can't create your account is that you have already previously created an account before. Please follow the steps below to self-recover your account. 

  1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'

  2.) Click Sign In and enter your email address 

  3.) Select 'Forgot Password' 

  4.) Click to send you a security code to your email 

  5.) Locate the code in your email and click the link at the bottom to recover your account
