Hi all,

At 9 AM today, we started getting intermittent reports regarding students' inability to create their OpenCCC accounts or get a verification code via self-recovery or a live agent.

Our team is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it immediately.

  Every time I try and create an account it says an error has occurred.
