Trying to enroll in VC but I don't remember my password

I am trying to enroll for the spring semester at Ventura College but I don't remember the password for my account. I have tried to answer all the questions but it says it couldn't find my account.

  Our helpdesk can help you reset a new password so that your account is recovered for you to submit your application. I created a helpdesk ticket to assist you with this and sent my contact information over by email to you. Please check your email and call me during my office hours so that I can help you recover your account.
