Cannot Login to Enroll

Hello,

 

I recently created a CCC account to enroll at Pierce College.

Entering my login info gives me the error:

"Your mobile number, email or password is not recognized by our system."  

Please advise how I can navigate around this issue.

  Hi Christian, 

  It is possible that you may not have the correct password to log in. Please follow the steps below to reset a new password for your account and see if you can sign in. If you need additional help, please contact our helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836. 

  1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'

  2.) Click Sign In and enter your email address

  3.) Select 'Forgot Password' 

  4.) Click to send you a security code to your email 

  5.) Locate the code in your email and click the link at the bottom to recover your account

  yes im having the problem but i recently just changed my password and it is still giving me that login info error, but i can log in to the actual opencc website with all that information
