Verifivcation- unexpected error message

I am trying to verify my identity for my OpenCCC account, in order to enroll to classes, but an unexpected error message keeps popping up after I click the green ID.me verification button. I have complete the verification process with ID.Me... Is there any way to fix this issue?

  Hi Brisa, 

  Once you have completed your verification process with ID.me, you don't need to do anything more with ID.me. After you sign in to the application for the college, the page will direct you to ID.me but since you have already completed this process, you just click on "verify later" and then select "yes, I want to opt out of ID.me". On the next page, you select "start a new application" and begin your application for the college.
