Lost Access to my old email

I Made my ccc account with my high school email and have since lost access to it. is there a way that my ccc account could be recovered without it?

  I see you have already contacted our helpdesk for assistance in recovering your account over the weekend but you disconnected the call after receiving your security code by text.   I signed up using my old email address which I no longer have access to I've forgotten my password when I try to reset it the only option is to send the password reset link to my old email how do I change my email ?
