When I try to edit an application, it would say "The application encountered an unexpected error. You can return to My Applications and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support at 877-247-4836 or support@openccc.net."

  Hi Jason, 

  Once your application has been submitted to the college which becomes the property of the college, to make any changes or updates to your application, you will need to contact the admissions & records department for help with editing your submitted application.
