Lost original account email

Hello, 

I am trying to sign up with my full name and credentials to be able to apply for college. When I go to submit, it tells me that I already have an account under a different email. That email, unfortunately, is my mom's and she no longer has access to it. 

Can somebody help me with changing the email on my account so that I can sign up for courses?
