Register for classes but the system doesn't recognize my email or password

I have been trying to login to register for fall classes at Mt. Sac but the system doesn't allow me to login because it doesn't recognize my email nor my password. I tried to change my password but it doesn't work. It says my number, email, or password are not recognized by the system. I need help or I won't be able to register for fall.
